Tecnofluss is specialized in the manufacturing of linear and rotary blowing machines for bottles, pots and jars and filling and capping lines for food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
Linear and rotary blowing machines for each request of container for food – chemical – cosmetic – pharmaceutical industries. They are made with a stainless steel frame with safety protections and doors opening with safety system. The linear system foresees the overturning of the pots with a twist made of PEHD with suspension on springs for the maximum silence during functioning. A turbine pump with filtered air sucked from room guarantees the maximum power of blowing with a 3-nozzles system. Containers pushing is assured by a wheel made of PEHD, pushed by a motor with adjustable variable speed gearmotor, management by PLC with simple command buttons.
The rotary system foresees the overturning of the bottles by means of a star with picking grippers and inlet cochlea, during the path the bottle is overturned, blowed and placed again onto the conveyor belt. Electric equipment with PLC and, on demand, touch screen panel.
