Labelling machines
Tecnofluss is specialized in the manufacturing of linear labelling machines for rounded, rectangular and oval bottles and filling and capping lines for food, chemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
The linear labeller for wrap-around labels with only one station is suitable for the application of wrap-around label onto cylindrical bottles or standard label on rectangular bottle.
Labelling station is driven by a stepper motor with direct current and can be quickly adjusted in height and inclination in order to adapt it to the several formats of labels and bottles. The motor of each station is controlled by a circuit board designed specifically for this aim.
The frame is in stainless steel AISI 304 and the parts made of aluminium are painted with anti-scratch and anti-corrosion products. The basement is equipped with safety protections as per UE regulations.
The unit is composed by a consolle for the managing of the labelling, a smoother for the label with belt pad and a multiformat cochlea. The speed can be electrically controlled with inverter for reaching a maximum output of 2000 bottles/hour.
