Vaseline

Vaseline is an odorless, semi-solid, waxy, semi-transparent mixture of neutral or white color.

Seven Fluss, with the historic Tecno Fluss brand, has developed a specific dosing head for dense and viscous products.

This volumetric dosing system, implemented with a system for product feeding and transfer made of double-walls heated with diathermic oil circulation or electrical resistances, is the optimal solution for the Vaseline dosage. The shut-off anti-drop and thread-cut nozzles ensure an accurate dosing, by avoiding dripping and product threads.

The application is available both in semi-automatic version and fully automated line for filling and capping.

Linear fillers with pneumatic or electronic dosing units with one or more nozzles, depending on the production request, combined with rotary capping machines with one or more heads. Alternatively, compact rotary solutions with a single block for filling and capping.

All parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel Aisi 316 and can be completely disassembled for cleaning operations.

By-pass rotating valve. Suitable for dosing dense and doughy products.
REMARKS: Hopper for product loading with possibility of stirring by scraping blades and augerfiller.
Application with shut-off thread-cutter nozzle. This application can be put in line on automatic systems.
