Syrups are water-based liquid compounds with dissolved substances with beneficial and curative effects.

 

This type of product, can be dosed with high precision with Tecno Fluss volumetric dosers of Seven Fluss Group.

All parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel Aisi 316. The dosing head and the nozzle of the machine are completely removable to allow a thorough cleaning.

We offer a wide range of solutions: from the semi-automatic dosing unit, with three different types of dosing head available for high dosing precision, up to complete lines consisting of a multi-nozzle linear filler combined with a rotary capping machine with one or more heads.

Possibility to automatically feed and position caps of various types: screw, flip-top, pressure, with dispenser and pumps with both plastic and glass tubes. Robotic systems for gripping and laying caps, undercaps, pumps.

Anti-drop and thread-cut shut-off nozzles ensure an accurate dosing, without product waste.
