The Soap, distinguishable in liquid and solid, is generally used as a detergent to sanitize the hands and the body.

 

Seven Fluss with its dosing system Tecno Fluss, produces specific filling and capping systems for Soap, with diving nozzle systems specifically created to avoid the formation of foam during the dosing phase.

Each of our applications is designed according to specific customer’s production needs.

We create semi-automatic dosing systems with our special volumetric dosers, up to more complete and complex in-line or rotary systems with filling, capping, labeling and loading and accumulation tables.

For our capping systems it is possible to use pneumatically-controlled grippers to close dispensers, pumps or thousand-line caps.

With our exclusive MRM Multi-Form Module you can manage different types and sizes of containers with a single star, by significantly speeding up production times.

REMARKS: Hopper for product loading with possibility of stirring by scraping blades and augerfiller.
