Perfumes

Perfumes are the result of mixing an alcohol base or oily substances together with odorous substances. The market often offers packaging with a refined and appealing aesthetic for perfumes. Particular caps and containers require certain precautions for the automation of packaging.

 

Seven Fluss, with its historic brand Tecno Fluss, produces closed circuit-dosing systems with “godet” for the transport of these containers;

the dosage is carried out with pumps that create the vacuum in the container and in this way they can level the product at the neck of the bottle glass.

It is of course possible to implement automatic stations for positioning the pump and the collar with speeds from 2,000 to 3,000 pieces per hour.

The compact monoblocks have a transport star to allow the godets to circulate through 2 conveyor belts joined together, this solution reduces the space of the packaging plant.
