Waxes and Paraffins

The Wax characteristic for its malleability, can be natural or artificial.

Seven Fluss – dosing systems Tecno Fluss – manufactures complete filling and capping systems for Waxes and Paraffins.

All the parts in contact with the product are heated by electric heaters in diathermic oil to maintain the temperature constant. In the chemical field we are able to dose waxes and paraffins from 90 to 130 °C.

The nozzles are shut-off thread-cut ones that allow a perfect execution of the dose by avoiding dripping and product threads.

In this way we guarantee an absolute dosage precision, both with the semi-automatic fillers and with the complete filling and capping lines.
